looking for some advice before i send the remote back

it doesn't send any IR signals , this happened awhile ago ( 2 months ) and i had the battery replaced and added RF and had no issues , but the IR was not fixed.

i added some equipment from the bedroom and no IR output.

i have checked my RF programing in editor and the bedroom equipment is set to IR , new battery , but nothing

spoke to URC and they said to send it back and they will look at it -

any other ideas , suggestions before i send it back. I just hate to be without it for a while.

thanks

gary

Sounds cut and dry to me. You either have a defective unit , or all your IR codes are incorrect. Send that baby back!

You can check the IR output with a camera. Just look through the camera lens at the front of the remote while pushing a button on the remote. If the IR is working you should see two lights light up.
