Well, ProRemotes.com has decided to ignore my request for the Complete Control Suite for four days now, even though their web site says to expect a response in 24-hours (business days).

I did a Live Update on the MSC-400 Editor, and now have version 1.10.144 (beta), and it still has the 'Secondary RF ID' option on the Configuration Panel.

Sorry Damon, I have received no e-mails from the proremotes.com domain this week. If I don't receive a response to an e-mail I assume that an e-mail is ignored, so I would not have known to call since your policy states a reply in 24-hours (business day).

Thanks for your help, I was hoping there was kind of mix up, I have had several e-mails to ProRemotes.com go unanswered...

I know there has been an issue with two of our general e-mail addresses this week, but I have replied to everything I received within 24 hours. If you have any furhter issues, please e-mail me directly at: damondg at proremotes dot com.

I wonder if a spam or virus filter could be blocking the e-mail, since it has an EXE file attached. I will send an alternate e-mail momentarily, since I didn't get a delivery or read receipt.
