Yes, go to Connected Devices and expand the device you want to edit. You should see a "Funcs" page. Double click that and you get your list of commands. Selecting an existing command lets you edit it. If you want to add a new one just scroll to the bottom of the list and the last command entry will just be a *. Selecting that gives you a blank command which you can then edit and save.
