The CN Tower should not be an overload problem, in fact being that close you may be in the "cone of silence" underneath the main rf energy of the local stations, but I think Omn1 & 2 are located on the Bank of Commerce, not sure.
In regard to the Buffalo stations, if you have clear site to just east of the CN Tower to Lake Ontario, you may get the channels BUT your ground elevation is close to 300 ft AMSL and the stations will be beyond the horizon for you.
If your HD TV has an ATSC tuner, try rabbit ears and see what you get and go from there.

I'm in Richmond Hill due north, Chn 2 and 7 from Colden solid, never chn 4 yet, Toronto solid but all others hit or miss depending on weather, attic yagi antenna 30 ft. above ground.
