Greetings to all!

I just bought a new condo in downtown Toronto at John & Wellington. I'm on the third floor and my balcony view is the CN Tower. I'm less than a kilometre away from it.
I've also been spoiled by Rogers HDTV and can't seem to part ways with it but also moving into the new condo means I can't afford Rogers anymore.
Just found this forum last night.
My question:
What HDTV channels do I get OTA? Because I'm so close to the CN tower, does this mean I won't get the Buffalo HDTV channels, like Fox but will probably get excellent reception for CityTVHD, CBCHD.
Also right at the corner of is this power substation from the city, will this interfere with any signals?
