Now that I have all the component pages of my remote file completed, I thought I'd build some basic macros (i.e. Watch TV). So, I started putting some commands in the "Alias" column. However, when looking at the available codes from within the Alias window, I noticed that most of the IR codes are identified by a cryptic code, rather than a name I can understand. For example, instead of seeing "SAT: POWER OFF", I see "ID9421".
How in the world will I ever be able to tell if I'm putting the correct aliases into my macro? I can't imagine URC would have done this, so I have to believe I'm doing something wrong here.
How do I set the system so I can see the plain-English description of the codes, such as what I saw when I assigned an IR code to a button?
