As Mike and Greg said Copy and Paste is simple enough but, as cafeinated stated, be aware that if you are copying and pasting to another device the command will be routed to the device in which you pasted it. In other words if you take your TV's aspect command which might be set to IR only and paste it to your cable page which is routed to Port1 your TV Aspect command will now be routed to IR port1 instead of sent IR to the TV. In this scenario a single step macro would be the only way to go.
