The 250's output can be too strong for some IR receiving eyes. There's not much you can do other than moving the emitter away from the eye and/or placing a piece of black electrical tape with a pinhole in it over the eye. Other tape methods can work as well, but obviously that's not a clean solution. The benefit of the MRF-300 is that you can turn down (or up) the output level of each emitter.
