I haven't had any issues with Panamax. I typically use the mrf300 with stock antenna. I have found that the extra wire between the mrf and rfx can pick up interference. As can the long emitter wires. Unplug all the emitters and see if the interference is still there. I'd also try stretching out the cable to the antenna to see if that helps.
