Here is a list of things to try first.

Change the ID on the base and remote to anything but 0
. Click Program>7. RF Control in the 3000 Editor software then click the receivers button to set the ID and turn off the blaster (should be off by default)

Make sure each device is set to RF ONLY.
. do NOT set it to RF and IR

Make sure each device is set to a specific port
. Port 1, Port2, etc NOT ALL

Make sure the front blaster is set to OFF

Please report what You found. These things are all very important you must ensure the equipment is not receiving an IR signal from two different sources. If operation is still not good, you can try moving the flasher away from the component a little bit to reduce the amount of IR light that the component receives. The last thing to try is removing the antenna from the MRF-250 to see if that helps.
