So I got my 950 today and have been working on getting it programmed.. for the most part, I have everything working but there are a couple of issues that I can't seem to figure out how to get around.

Ive been trying to create a FFWD macro for my SA8300HD box and for the life of me, I just cant come up with a way to make it work right. What I want to do is one of two things, and I havent been able to make it either work :)

Either a press and hold macro that does a FFWDx4 when held and a play with tapped or a variable that FFWDsx4 when pressed once and plays when pressed again. That way I can operate the FFWD with just one button. What happens is I set it up with a BEFORE of just a Play signal and an AFTER of FFWDx4 and the after part works fine but when I tap it just once, it seems to send more FFWD commands. I'm thinking maybe the factory codes are interfering with the macro?

Along those same lines, I want to remove the individual power commands from the components ON button. Most of the commands in the database dont use discreet codes so when you hit the power button, it gets everything all out of whack. Throw the SA8300HD in, which has no discreet codes (And the workaround isnt enabled on my unit) and things get messy quickly. I have the SA8300HD set to stay on all the time so I essentially want to make sure nothing powers it down.

Anyone got any advice for me?
