What do you think about it ? I don't understand what he
is talking about when he says "disabled IR Settings",
I can't see it in the software.

Across the top there is an icon that looks like a triangle with a line going down from the point and a small rectangle to the lower right on the same button. Select that "RF control" button. In the signal column it should say IR or IR & RF if it says RF and you do not use RF then that will be the problem. Double click each one and select IR only as this will conserve the battery. I suspect the problem is the remote touch screen. It would take some effort on your part to change the IR to RF only.
