Can anyone explain to a lay person, the difference between these 2 remotes.

I'm thinking of buying the MX-800 because it seems to offer everything I need, but I'm afraid I might be missing something crucial that is available on the MX-850.

I have researched remotes to death in the past and they're always missing something, so I'm hoping to get it right this time :)
