EDIT: ^ beat me to it.....

Hex import is not in the current mx950 editor (at least for now in my version, which should be up to date).

So if you open up that CCF file in the universal browser does it actually show the button where you learned in the command? I'm also suprised it's not letting you drag that onto a button on the mx950.
