follow up while trying to repackage the unit for return hitting the erase all memory button in setup caused the unit to get stuck in (system is restarting) i just let it go for about 20 min never stopped then hit the switch on back , make note i did do the firmware upgrade and sighn up for the epg wich gave me a channel line up wow a channell line up , make note it has to reload everytime you hit guide if you like windows 98 and have alot of time on your hands this could be great dont try to use buttons fast cause it gets way behind and locks up , ok im not done color screen ? light gray & grayish blue
