I concur with the latest firmware update. I reverted my own TSU7000 back to 3.7.7 after having frequent lockups. That was a couple weeks ago. It's been problem free since as expected. It's been several firmware updates ago actually since I've had a problem with the remote locking up. The other day just for kicks I installed the latest and greatest again to see what would happen. Sure enough the remote started locking up again. Reverting back to 3.7.7 brought an end to the remote locking up. I've also had several people seek my advise regarding their TSU7000's of which several were running the latest version. Reverting back to 3.7.7 resolved their issues.
