Dan, Just so you know, I had the lockup problem
on my remote with the newest firmware as well.
I found that if I double-tapped the power button
really quick before the page jump occurred, the
unit would lock up. I've also noticed the clock
does not keep accurate time again after a few
days.

ProntoTeam, I hope you are monitoring this thread.
Is there something that we should know about
the new firmware? What bugs were fixed and what
is the justification other than to support the
TSU7500?

Thanks,
Lyndel McGee

What's wierd is this is the same problem I wrote you about months ago. When the last firmware came out in June, that fixed it about 99% of the time. Not perfect, but far better, and something we could live with. Now the tap problem is back. Where I find it really shows up, is with my senior customers, slightly shaky fingers. It looks like they push firmly, but I wonder if it has to do with lighter pressures and/or sliding, or ??
Thanks for riding herd on this thread.
Let me know if they want samples.
Dan
