Well, I'd just relearn the IR codes. Surely, something went wrong when learning.

Be sure to press the Buttons on the Original Remote once and hard! Do not hold these buttons down. This has helped me with some codes that I learned and which did not do, what they were intended to do (E.g. on my TV, jump 2 channels instead of 1)

You could also try to find a ready-to-use preset of codes somewhere on the internet. (Preferrably in the filebase here on this site ;) )
