I dont like it for a few reasons.

1 - The HD quality is poor compared to TWC that I had previously. The blacks are so black there is no definition to the picture...and sometimes it looks green in the black areas.

2 - You can only watch and or record 1 HD channel at a time in the entire house. If I'm watching and HD channel and I have the DVR set to record and HD channel, I get an error on the screen that says the HD stream is in use once the DVR starts recording. I could record 2 HD channels w/ TWC.

3 - The response time from the cable box (channel changing, guide scrolling, etc.) is slow

Overall our previous service w/ TWC, although more expensive, was better in terms of quality. The internet portion of U-verse seems ok, but the TV is just disappointing. I love the channel line up for the price, but it's just not ready for prime time IMHO. I wish Verizon would bring FIOS to Houston.
