Would also like to add this info:

Using the Neo remote itself(not the NeoEdit) you can go
into the setup and set the "Backlight" to ON by turning it all the way up past 120, then set the "LCD" to whatever, say 30 sec

Then now, anytime you touch any button or the touch screen, the light will come on, and will go Off with whatever you set the "LCD" timeout as.

I believe this is something the other Prontos are able to do and people were complaining about as well..
