After purchasing the neo I immediately installed the latest NeoEdit software and the firmware revision software. While running the firmware revision I received the "Invalid CF version or corrupt flash" error. I reset the remote and now it's dead. I called the Pronto hotline today 888-486-6272, the operator immediately told me to return it. She said she spent two hours on the phone with someone yesterday with no success and did not want to waste my time. They have no clue what the problem is.
