Well, I have finally found out how to get my Neo to learn the RCA Utv PIP codes. I have been tring to get the RCA keyboard for PIP move(cmd+M)to work. The IR code is a repeat one, and the NEo learns the code, but it moves the PIP window to the left, then right back to the right!!! I tried holding the keyboard buttons longer, even learned it to another remote, then learned the IR code from that one to the Neo, still the same. Either the codes not long enough, or to long.

I'm looking at the code in the XML file, but unsure what, or how much of it I should cut off.

Any one else out there with a UTV learned this code yet?
