Well looks like I still need an ncf file that contains discrete power codes for a panny rp56 dvd player. Some one sent me a file but the power codes were not discrete.
Also does anyone know of an inexpensive remote where you can program discrete codes in it? Then we could get that to teach the codes to the NEO.
