I just got a Neo. $179.00 with a 10% coupon.
I was able to download and install the new Edit on my winXP. And able to upgrade the NEO from the winXP.
I am trying to use my laptop win98 to upload the configuration and I keep getting the message "Connection with the device failed, please reboot device just after pressing OK." after about 10 seconds of uploading.
Is this a known problem and is there a workaround?
