Through many repeated tries. I have many pages of blank new buttons. I will learn the code page after page and hit use. And a few times one of the many buttons actually learned the code. I contacted Phillips today and they told me there will be a new firmware update for the Neo in the next week or so. I am going to see if that makes any difference.
