There are currently some buttons that I am not using and that I may never use. To save these buttons "just in case" I thought of starting a hex library either in Word or Access. If I ever would need a code I could create a "dummy" learn button and cut and paste the hex code into the button. I would no longer need the remote or locate a ccf, merge it with my file and spend time reconfigure the screens.

It would be great, IMHO, if a person could select a ccf design on this site independent of a device. They then could go to a "hex library" in Word or Access to select the remote functions they would like to use and just cut and paste the hex codes into the button learned feature. This would eliminate having to merge ccfs to get what's needed or the ProntoEdit clipboard limitation.

It would be GREAT if there was a library of just the hex codes for all the features of all the devices in the WORLD. OK-strike the World part.
