Yes.
Get the 950-2150 splitters (4 of them) and add another multiwitch, make sure you have each of the same sat/polarizations hooked up on the two switches ( to each splitter, so you have an 13v sat a split, 18v sat a split, 13v sat b split, and 18v sat b split). Total retail cost with terk parts is about $110
