See, what you have to do is go SO big and SO impressive that it becomes a point of pride rather than a mere eyesore. So, go for the block's more impressive communications array - with multiple antennas, satellite dishes, a weather station, outdoor cordless phone repeater, maybe a ham antenna and so forth. By the time you're done you'll be able to rival those cell phone repeaters. :-)
