I'm new to the forum. I've been a long distance TV DXer since 1976....
I too found CIII 65 testing last night. For comparison, I measured the following signals this morning on my Sony TV..
CBLT 20 sig 95 snr 30 CBLFT 24 sig 93 snr 29 CIII 65 sig 87 snr 27 CFTO 40 sig 78 snr 23 (normally sig 90) CKXT 66 sig 78 snr 23 CITY 53 sig 67 snr 20 CFMT 64 off air CJMT 44 off air - as usual (I suspect Rogers won't keep these up 24/7 until forced to by the CRTC - that's what happens when a cable company owns a TV station)
Antenna here is a deep fringe Delhi VU-937SR log periodic @ 33' AGL 172' HAAT (the antenna is only 4' above the terrain south of my backyard - I plan on putting up a 60' tower some day to get over it).
