markrpopp, you are in a very good location to recieve both Toronto, Hamilton, Buffalo, and Rochester stations. You may be in one of the best locations around for OTA reception.

City-dt is intentionally not sending any signal towards Buffalo (to avoid some conflict with PAX...?) However, there is a dealer in Lockport named Rich, who is able to recieve City-dt fine. I believe he has a yagi on a 40' tower. You may need something like that to get city-hd. Also 25miles from Grand Island is very close, you should be picking up the grand island signals fine.

Is it possible that WNYO is transmitting from G.I. but not yet at full power. Because the signal they are broadcasting right now is nowhere near as close as storng as the test signal from back in September.
