whats happening with A-Channel HD OTA in Southern Ontario?

i looked at the FCC applications, and it looks like Achannel Barrie will be broadcasting at 14kW on 10.

will I be able to recieve that channel in Niagara. It's 90 miles away, and the other problem is that the tower isn't very high up.

my better hope was A-channel London, which according to the FCC website, will be broacasting digital on 57, at a generous 550kW

that signal should be very strong, so hopefully i'll be able to pick it up. Any news on how soon before A-Channel goes digital in London?
