I have heard that at the moment 49-1 is actually broadcasting
myTV (with the very weak signal formerly of the WB) while
34-1 (at a much stronger signal) is broadcasting a Japanese
Soap during the daytime as a test signal. At some point
the testing will be over and myTV will be broadcast with
the 34-1 stronger signal. I am asking if anyone knows
when they will stop the testing and actually start showing
myTV programing with the stronger signal.

This was the response I received from WUTV/WNYO when I asked if the transmitter move would be done by MyTV Buffalo launch:
First, thank you for your email. The answer is no. I cannot complete
this until later in the month of September due to regulations that exist
between the US and Canada regarding television signals.
