I am using a standard "Lamp Module" for a pair of lights in a track lite (halogen). I use these lights to cast various intensities of light on a large painting by Thomas Kinkade. If you're not familiar with his work, he is called "The Painter of Light". With his work, you can cast various degrees of light on the canvas, and the scene will change dramatically for example from darkness to twilight etc.

What I need is a way to more finitely control the degrees of dimming. Is there a better lamp or other module that will give me more "steps" in the brightness or dimming???

Any ideas???
