I've ordered from x10.com (x-10.com too) many times and have had very good service. Their shipment is prompt, but the best thing is no tax and no shipping/handling fees (unless you live outside the US).

They always have specials and free offers, so if it's not a big hurry for me to get a particular item, I usually wait until they have a free item that I want before I order. You can accumulate a lot of stuff that way. (I have a half-dozen PalmPads i've never taken out of the box.)
