Well i have seen kinda over simplified dimmers that respond to ANY IR code, in Sharper image.
Are you against using the X10 devices I suggested?
The cost woulr be around 40 bucks to begin with
1 IR543
1 lamp/appliance module
but then all you have to add are further X10 devices. Much more expandable than getting a dedicated IR dimmer for a single light.
