depending on where youy live you are within your legal rights to make 1 backup copy of a dvd that you own for archival purposes, i myself made copies of all my dvds with only the movies and no extras, that way when i use the dmx-3000 with my 400 disc mega changer i can go directly to the movie and skip all the annoying trailors and menus.......
