Billing is usually based on a percentage of the total job estimate, which would include equipment, also one design, and two changes, beyond that it is on a hourly rate, usually in excess of $100 per hr. You will need D-tools and Microsoft Visio to pull this one off. My suggestion is that if you do not have D-tools and a CAD program (Microsoft Visio in our case) you are better off passing this project off onto someone who has experience in this area, it has taken quite a bit of time to get proficient at both D-tools and Visio, and is not something you will be able to pull off in a short period of time.
