Install a crestron control system in the dashboard. Use the contact closure input to trigger a wav file playback on the car stereo or relay output to a horn. then you can use a $2 dooorbell switch from home depot to close the circuit. as an added bonus you can tie lighting scenes to the touchpanel installed in your steering wheel.
