There could be several problems, worst would be a corrupted ccf. I've seen this on mine once, it would download (with an error message), and would work on the remote just fine. But, it would not upload. No solution to this one, except repairing the file on the computer and downloading to the remote again.

There is known bug with the Pronto 6000/ Marantz 9200 when ccf's are large. Mine has about 38% free memory, it'll upload fine, but it won't download back to the computer. It hangs about halfway through the process. No workaround for this either, unless you saved the original configuration on the computer. How much free mem does yours have?

Other approachs that might work would be to try uninstalling/reinstalling TSS (remember to reboot before opening the program), or try to download using Tonto (available here: [Link: giantlaser.com]) it's better at communication than TSS.

Based on your description, it really sounds like paragraph 1, above.
