I just saw IR headphones advertised in a (possibly) junk mail catalog.
The company is Herrington in Londonderry NH, 800 903-2878, and the item is V736 @ $49.95, with additional headsets available @ $29.95 each.
They also have 12" powercords that will allow you to plug six wall warts into the six outlets of a power strip if you have to. These are sold 5 for $20, and are item T187. T188 at the same price has a pass-through outlet, too.
