I have a pronto pro TSU6000 that has been used in the same house for a long time, with the same devices, same everything. Nothing has changed. All of a sudden, about 6 commands on the DVD page (navigate, pause, Skip +, Skip -) no longer work. I uploaded the configuration and the buttons still retained the proper codes. I tried relearning to no avail. This remote is functioning on ir, so there's no RF base problem. First, what could make it do this, and second how can I remedy this? The remote has the newest firmware loaded in it.
