I bought the big-button remote for my better half who is very ill. I got the Comcast guy to figure out the code, but the other buttons (up/down/menu/info) aren't working...and being a high "I' the directions have been lost. Please take pity on a "no tech" who is just trying to help somone who has't got long to enjoy his TV.
