In the Audio device does it control the HK vol? If it doesn't, how do you expect to punch-through the volume to the cable device? If it does control the vol n the aud device, then try the following:
1. main & ent
2. punch
3. volume
4. Cable device key
5. Audio device key
6. main
7. main
