Actually, the PHDVD5 is a five device remote. The one in the picture is a 4 device remote. Although I wouldn't be surprised if they used the same code. The thing about the auto search is it doesn't always work. I know from experience if I search for the code for my JVC TV I never find it. But when I enter it in from the manual it does work. So I wrote the code ontop of the TV. Unfortunately my wife decided to wash the TV...
