So I forgot to update the group. Back in June 2022, I emailed URC from their CONTACT US link on their webpage. They gave me a username and password and I tested it with CCP and it updated and worked great!
Today, I wanted to update my remote and opened CCP and it upgraded to 4.12.0810.4 and it is telling me either my login is incorrect or I don't have permissions to use the software. I've logged into urcportal.com with that username and password. The portal is telling me "This site will allow you to access URC’s legacy software (Resources Tab)". It does allow me to download the CCP installer (142KB). I emailed support again, as well as opened a ticket on the urcportal.com support page. We'll see if they respond.EDIT:
Ignore the struckout portion of my message above. This was my own fault. I did some policy based routing on my firewall and this caused the issue above. I'm able to login to my CCP and work as needed. Sorry for the false alarm.
