I'm pretty unhappy that my legit purchased MX-990 can't be programmed anymore. I purchased my remote back in January 2019. I was able to get it programmed and have been using it for years. It's been great. Now that I need to program a replacement receiver and I try opening CCP, it hangs. I find this thread and it looks like I missed my opportunity to register for a portal login. I did just email the address on the portal page:

I'm not sure what email address people are using, but was curious where you purchased your remote, if you don't mind me asking.
