Yes.
One way is use the IR database. Find the device #, type it in, drag and drop the command to the soft button you want it on. Rinse/repeat till you have all the commands you want on the page.
The other way is copy/paste. After you copy the button, make sure you are clicking on the hard button next to the screen to paste (not on the screen area of the editor). Just tested it on an MX890 and MX990, worked fine.
