The same client who needed a brighter panel on her RC5200 now needs it updated and I've got two computers, both of which seem to have no COM ports. Seems strange to me, but I haven't USED a com port for fifteen years...

Anyway, I've got a Thinkpad T420 with Windows 7 and a Thinkpad X1 Yoga with Windows 10. When I try to download to the remote it says it's not connected... no lie! And when I look for COM ports, each one tells me it has none.

Do you happen to have experience programming an RC5200 with either of these beasts?

Ah, yes, I also have a Dell Desktop with Windows 10 that I haven't fired up for months... it's time!

Thanks for any help you can give me.
A good answer is easier with a clear question giving the make and model of everything.
