My parents recently replaced their television with an Insignia NS-19D310NA21 television. I have successfully configured the URC MX-990 to control it. Since they have an audio receiver, all I need the remote to do is turn it on, change inputs, and turn it off, all of which I can do successfully with one exception: if the television has been off for about ten minutes or longer, the television does not respond to the "Power On" signal. At this point, I have either to push the television's power button or use the television's own remote to turn it on. Once I've done that, I can switch inputs and turn it off and on normally. But if I leave it off for roughly ten more minutes, I'll be unable to turn it back on with the URC remote.
1. I've tried so many discrete on codes along with general "power" codes listed in URC. None of these codes allowed me to turn it on after it's been off for about ten minutes.
2. My parents have Dish, which has a remote, and it is able to turn on the television without any issue. Their remotes are pretty nice, and I was able to pick a model in the Dish menus that closely matched their TV, and the Dish remote can operate the television. Most interestingly, it can turn the TV on after if it's been off for about ten minutes.
3. I've tried using the "learn" feature to learn from both the television's own remote and from the Dish remote. Strangely, neither of these codes has any effect on the television even if I just turned off a few seconds beforehand. I can't get any learned "power" code to get the TV to do anything.

Can someone please help me with turning on an Insignia TV once it has been off for about ten minutes? Thank you.
