I have successfully programmed multiple remotes including the MSC-400, mx-950, mx-850 etc and am very comfortable with understanding macros etc..  I just had to replace my mx-950 and bought a mx-990 figuring it would program the same way.  I have the Complete Control software suite and am struggling to figure out how to import my MSC-400 with all it's macros and learned info into CC.  Is there a manual for using CC?  Or a video?  I'm at my wits end!  I've spent 3 hours and while I was able to get the 990 to load all the devices, I can't get it to communicate with the 400.
